State Joey Scout Council

The State Joey Scout Council is charged with the responsibility of guiding and developing the Joey Scout Section within the Victorian Branch of Scouts Australia.

The Council consists of the Victorian State Commissioner for Joey Scouts, representing the National and Branch interests, and Region Commissioners for Joey Scouts from the Victorian Regions, representing the interests of the Regions, Districts and Groups.

The Council also includes Trainers from the State Training Team, specifically those who are involved in the training of Joey Scout Leaders. This helps to ensure that policies established by the Council become part of the Leader training process, and also that issues raised by leaders-in-training are presented to the Council.
