The Tullapark Cubs headed off to Essendon Traffic school to learn and practise the safe way to ride their bikes as well as how to care for them. The cubs had to remember the road rules and use their hand signals while riding around the course. The traffic lights would slow them down along with pedestrians and other obsticals.

There were police on hand (cub Leaders) to pull over the cubs and test them on their road rules and check that they were totally aware of their bike and how to check that its is safe to use. Some of the leaders had a go but I think they might of been a bit of a hinderance than a help. Maybe they needed a bike more their size. After a fun night all present recieved their Cyclist badge and are now ready for our bike ride planned for next term.
